Dear Friends and Colleagues

“Life is a journey not a destination” is the theme of the congress. When we are born we enter on a journey. Physically, mentally and socially the journey takes us anywhere throughout our lives. The patient with an ostomy, wound or continence problem enters the journey where he or she will meet ET nurses with the goal to provide the best care possible for the patient.

The ET nurse enters on an educational journey meeting with colleagues and the industry, locally and internationally with the goal to share experiences and increase knowledge to develop the profession.

Gothenburg, situated in the heart of Scandinavia, has an international flair, with open and friendly atmosphere. Located on the west coast of Sweden, the venue offers a large number of exciting attractions: trips around the city and harbour by boat and tram, visit to beautiful fishing villages and medieval castles, and enjoy the local seafood ranked among the finest in the world.
